How to Manage Social Links on Your Business Listing

Add your business website and up to 15 social media links (subscription required) to build a richer listing page that helps customers find and trust your business.

What Social Links are

Social Links let you attach your online presence to your business listing. Members with an active monthly subscription can add:

  • 1 business website URL
  • Up to 15 social media profile links

Good to know: Your Social Links, Social Profile (bio), and Social Media Videos appear together on your published business listing. This creates a more complete, content-rich page.

Why this matters for your business

A listing with your website, social profiles, bio, and videos gives visitors more ways to engage with your brand and learn what you offer.

  • Builds trust by showing consistent, verified social profiles
  • Creates a richer page that may perform better in search results over time
  • Drives traffic back to your primary website (your main conversion goal)

Tip: Your website link should be your primary destination (booking, quotes, contact, shop, etc.). Use social links to support credibility and discovery.

Step 1: Open Social Links

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Social Links page in your member area.
  3. Choose the business listing you want to update (if prompted).

You will see a list of link fields—one for your website and multiple fields for social networks.

Step 2: Add your business website URL

Paste the full address of your business website into the Website field.

  • Example: https://www.yourbusiness.com

Important: Include https:// to ensure the link saves correctly.

Step 3: Add your social media profile links

For each platform you use, paste the full URL to your profile page (not an embed code).

Examples:

  • Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourhandle/
  • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourpage
  • LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/yourcompany/
  • TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@yourhandle
  • YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@yourchannel

Tip: Only add profiles you actively maintain. A complete and current set of links builds more trust.

Step 4: Verify your links

Next to each saved link, you may see a Verify URL option. Use it to confirm your link opens the correct page.

  1. Click Verify URL.
  2. Confirm the link loads the correct profile or website.
  3. Return to the Social Links page if you need to make changes.

Step 5: Save your changes

After entering your website and social profile URLs, click Save (or the update button on the page).

Your links will be attached to your business listing and displayed when your listing is published.

Best practices for the best results

  • Keep branding consistent across platforms (same name, logo, and contact details).
  • Prioritize your website link (make it the main destination for customers).
  • Add a Social Profile / bio so visitors immediately understand what you do.
  • Add social videos (and titles/descriptions) to strengthen your listing page.
  • Use only accurate links—broken or incorrect URLs reduce trust.

Troubleshooting

If a link will not save or verify, check the following:

  • The URL starts with https:// (recommended).
  • You pasted a profile page URL (not a login page, search page, or general homepage).
  • The profile is public and accessible.
  • You pasted the link into the correct platform field.

If problems continue, contact support and include the link you attempted to add.

Summary

Social Links allow subscribed members to publish a complete set of online assets directly on their business listing: a website URL, up to 15 social profiles, plus a bio and videos. Together, these build a stronger, more engaging business page that helps customers discover and trust your business—and ultimately drives traffic to your main website.
